Many chronic illnesses in today’s world are linked to low-grade, silent inflammation in the body. These inflammatory processes can be influenced by environmental factors, stress, lack of exercise, not enough sleep - and by our diet. While inflammatory foods can intensify these processes and increase the long-term risk of disease, anti-inflammatory foods help support the immune system and keep the body in its natural balance.

Our diet has a direct impact on inflammation in the body - particularly through the gut. A healthy gut plays a vital role in immune function, as the majority of immune cells reside there. I am EMR-certified. If you have supplementary insurance, you may be able to submit the invoice to your insurance company.

I am the mother of a son and a small poodle, and I am passionate about nutrition and health. After earning my law degree, I worked in a law firm and later in a Swiss bank. However, my true passion led me to train as a nutritional therapist. I am particularly fascinated by the impact of nutrition on hormones, women's health, and gut health. Through my own experiences, I understand how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy diet in everyday life. With expertise and empathy, I guide individuals holistically through different life stages on their journey to better nutrition and overall well-being.
