My personal story
I am the mother of a 12-year-old son and a little poodle. My love for cooking and exploring new recipes has always been a central part of my life. After graduating from high school, I pursued a degree in law and spent several years working in a law firm. Following a three-year stay in the USA, I continued my career at a Swiss bank. However, my true passion led me to train as a nutritional therapist.
I am particularly fascinated by the impact of nutrition on hormones and women’s health, as well as the crucial role gut health plays in overall well-being. Having experienced the challenges of cooking for a family amidst the demands of daily life, I understand the realities of maintaining a balanced diet. My love of food and interest in diets taught me why quick-fix solutions often fail, which now enables me to support people holistically through different life stages and nutritional needs with empathy and expertise.
