WEIGHTLOSS

There are many factors that contribute to being overweight. Together, we'll identify the underlying causes and work towards a sustainable solution. It's about making the right food choices, not about counting calories, restrictive diets, or deprivation. Whether you're looking to shed a few pounds or struggling to maintain your ideal weight, I’m here to help. Often, excess weight, especially around the belly, can be linked to stress. I can help you uncover the sources of your stress and develop a diet that supports you effectively, even in challenging situations.

WOMEN’S HEALTH

Female sex hormones play a crucial role beyond reproduction, influencing nearly every organ in the body. The fluctuations of these hormones become particularly evident during puberty, pregnancy, menopause, and even throughout a regular menstrual cycle. Beginning five to seven years before menopause, the body undergoes significant changes: fat storage increases, muscle mass decreases, and the ability to metabolize sugar declines. A balanced diet can help mitigate the health risks and weight gain associated with these changes.

Scientific studies show that maintaining a healthy weight and diet can reduce menopausal symptoms. Additionally, reviewing your diet can be beneficial if you experience severe menstrual cramps or other cycle-related issues, such as PMS (premenstrual syndrome) or PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). I also offer guidance to women during pregnancy and breastfeeding to support their nutritional needs during these critical stages.

GUT HEALTH

The bacteria in our gut play a crucial role in our overall health. Through our diet, we can influence the composition of these intestinal bacteria to positively support our well-being. Non-specific digestive issues like bloating, diarrhea, and constipation, as well as a range of other concerns—such as frequent infections, fatigue, and skin conditions like acne or eczema—are often linked to the balance of gut bacteria. Many of these issues can be alleviated through dietary changes. I would be delighted to guide you toward a gut-healthy diet and support you on your journey to optimal gut health.

CANCER NUTRITION

A cancer diagnosis often brings with it uncertainties - especially when it comes to nutrition. I support you in focusing on a strengthening diet that provides your body with optimal nutrition. This is not about prohibitions, but about reducing fears about food and dispelling misinformation. Using evidence-based approaches, I work with you to develop a diet that is individually tailored to your needs and gives you the strength to master your everyday life in the best possible way. My aim is to give you guidance and confidence - for a diet that strengthens, nourishes and gives you support.

STANDARD RATE: CHF 140 PER HOUR

I am EMR-certified. If you have supplementary insurance, you may be able to submit the invoice to your insurance company.

My nutrition program is designed to support muscle building through targeted nutrition – a vital cornerstone for long-term health and the prevention of various diseases. As we age, particularly from 40 onwards and during or after menopause, the natural decline in muscle mass accelerates. This makes preserving and building muscle not only more critical but also increasingly challenging.

The Program includes four 60-minute sessions during which you will gradually acquire the essential knowledge needed to sustainably adjust your diet.

With a tailored and well-balanced nutritional plan, you will not only enhance your physical performance but also prevent age-related issues such as osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, and other health challenges. This approach helps you stay strong, active and resilient well into old age.

The Focus is on the long-term optimization of your body composition by preserving and building muscle mass. Additionally, you will learn how a healthy diet can help stabilize blood sugar levels, promote a diverse microbiome, and support hormonal balance.
