My personal story
Cooking and eating have always been more than just a duty for me. Food, recipes, and their effects on the body have fascinated me from the very beginning. Although my professional path initially started in the legal field and led me to work for several years in a law firm and later at a Swiss bank, my true passion never left me. By training as a nutritional therapist, I consciously chose to finally follow that passion.
As a working mother, I know the reality of a busy daily life all too well. I understand how challenging it can be to integrate healthy eating into a schedule filled with responsibilities, appointments, and family life. That is precisely why it is important to me that nutrition is not perfect, but practical.
My focus lies on nutrition during menopause as well as gut health and the microbiome. Especially in these areas, it becomes clear how strongly nutrition can influence our well-being — for women as well as for men. I find it important to explain connections in an understandable way and to develop individual, practical solutions suitable for everyday life. In this way, I support people with expertise, experience, and empathy on their very personal journey toward greater well-being.
